Reading Coaching

Reading coaching consists of helping the student to use the principles of scientific reading to excel at communicating the Science in the Pastor. The goal of coaching is to enable the student to discover their own, natural, conversational way of bringing forth this Science, while minimizing or eliminating personal sense.  This work also includes thinking more about the attributes of thought that help Readers to better understand what they are reading and what happens when they read to others at church services.

Sessions are online and typically last about one hour (once or twice a week). Students are urged to use good quality audio components, such as a headset, so that the full audio elements of our voices are clearly heard.

The first session is a consultation that includes having the student read several passages so that we can begin to know what the steps in the coaching are likely to be.
